Can I dye the hair? What should I be aware of?

A: All of our hair can be dyed to any color you want, except #613, but you should have it done professionally to achieve the exact color without damaging the hair. Since human hair will easily become dry after leaving the donor, you shouldn’t dye or restyle the hair too frequently, as this will severely damage the hair!

Why do my hair extensions tangle?

A: Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil and dirt buildup, saltwater, chlorine, or not combing them (use a wide-tooth comb). Be sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for additional help.

Why are there gray hairs in my hair bundle?

A: Virgin unprocessed hair may have some gray strands or split ends, which is normal and not a quality issue. We usually collect the hair carefully during production, but we cannot guarantee 100% no gray hairs or split ends. Please understand and remove the few highlighted strands yourself. Can the hair be curled or flat-ironed?

A: These are human hairs, so they can be curled and flat-ironed. When using a flat iron, don’t exceed 150°C, otherwise, the hair will be damaged. Additionally, the hair will return to its natural wave after washing or flat-ironing.
